Your Privacy Choices
Control how ExperShip uses your personal information. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your data, limit the use of sensitive data, manage cookies, and ask us to access, delete, or correct what we hold about you. These choices follow U.S. state privacy laws, starting with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we honor them for every visitor wherever you live.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads based on your activity across other sites) today. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, but we do not use advertising cookies or ad pixels on this site.
If we add advertising tools in the future, some of them may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under California and other U.S. state laws. You can opt out now and we will apply your choice as soon as any such tool is turned on.
This opt-out is stored in this browser. To opt out across devices or for your ExperShip account, send an opt-out request. You can also turn on Global Privacy Control in a supported browser, and we will honor it automatically.
Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information
The only sensitive personal information we handle is what the service needs to work, such as your account login credentials (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), and, for freight customers, identifiers required by customs. We use it only for purposes the law permits: providing the service you asked for, keeping it secure, preventing fraud, and meeting legal duties. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you or to target advertising.
You can still ask us to limit its use to those permitted purposes, and we will confirm in writing.
Make a privacy request
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- know and access the personal information we hold about you;
- delete it, subject to legal record-keeping duties (for example customs records);
- correct inaccurate information;
- opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information;
- appeal if we decline your request; and
- not be discriminated against for using any of these rights.
Verification. To protect your data, we verify your identity before acting on access, deletion, or correction requests, usually by confirming the email address on your account and, if needed, asking for one or two more details we already hold. Opt-out requests do not require verification.
Timing. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, as the CCPA requires. If we need more time (up to 45 more days), we will tell you why.
Authorized agents. Someone you authorize can submit a request for you. We may ask for your signed permission and to verify your identity directly.
