what you pay for
You see the rate for each label before you buy it, so the cost of a shipment is clear before it leaves your hands.
A monthly or yearly plan fee, taken from your prepaid balance. Extra labels over your plan cost $0.02 each on Starter and $0.01 each on Growth.
The carrier rate you see before you buy each label, with carrier surcharges included. If a carrier adjusts a charge later, for example after re-weighing, the difference comes from your balance.
No setup fee and no extra-user fee. On Custom, customs clearance, duties and first mile are quoted for your lanes. Shipping insurance is coming soon.

The ExperShip API gives you rates, labels with customs docs, tracking and webhooks, and address validation as plain REST endpoints. It is included in Growth and Custom with no per-call fees: you pay only for the postage on the labels you buy.
Custom gives consolidators negotiated rates, no label limit, our LAX, JFK and ORD gateways and customs clearance. Tell us about your volume and lanes and we will put together pricing that fits.
