Shipping API

A programming interface that lets software get rates, create labels and track shipments with carriers automatically.

A shipping API is a set of web endpoints that developers call to perform shipping tasks in code: validating addresses, getting rates, buying labels, creating customs documents, scheduling pickups and tracking packages.

Each carrier has its own API, with its own authentication, data formats and errors. A multi-carrier shipping API puts many carriers behind one consistent interface, so a business can add or switch carriers without rewriting its integration.

ExperShip offers an API alongside its shipping software for buying, printing, tracking and automating labels across carriers.
