Return label
A prepaid shipping label a customer uses to send an item back, provided in the box or created on demand.
A return label lets a customer ship a product back to the seller or a returns center. Sellers include it in the box, email it, or let customers create one through a returns portal.
Some carriers offer pay-on-use return labels, which are billed only if the label is actually scanned, so sellers can include one in every box without paying for unused labels. Some carriers also support label-free returns with a QR code shown at a drop-off point.
