Multi-carrier shipping

Using several carriers through one system to compare rates, buy labels and track shipments instead of managing each carrier separately.

Multi-carrier shipping means working with more than one parcel carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL Express and regional carriers, from a single platform. The seller compares rates, prints labels and tracks packages in one place, using one workflow and one data format.

The benefits are flexibility on price and delivery speed, a backup when a carrier has capacity problems or service disruptions, and access to regional carriers that can be cheaper in their areas.

Multi-carrier shipping is usually delivered through shipping software or a shipping API that connects to each carrier on the seller's behalf. ExperShip is multi-carrier shipping software and an API for buying, printing and tracking labels across carriers.
