AESDirect
The free U.S. Census Bureau portal, now inside ACE, used to file Electronic Export Information into the Automated Export System.
AESDirect is the free web application for filing Electronic Export Information into the Automated Export System (AES). It is run by the U.S. Census Bureau and is accessed through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) portal of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Exporters, freight forwarders and carriers use AESDirect, or software that connects to AES, to submit shipment details such as the Schedule B number, value, quantity, destination and parties. A successful filing returns an ITN.
